Alan D'Ambrosio focuses his practice on international corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, information technology and international arbitration. He devotes significant time to client matters in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

For more than 30 years, Alan has acted as principal counsel to major corporations and governmental institutions and (i) negotiated and structured complex business transactions in various geographies, (ii) handled international mergers and acquisitions and multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate matters, including trade and infrastructure finance, sovereign debt, complex intellectual property and information technology mattes (including outsourcing); and (iii) acted as lead counsel in multinational litigation and arbitration matters.
