Carter concentrates her practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of syndicated, club and single lender senior credit facilities. Her lending experience includes investment grade financings, leveraged acquisition financings (involving strategic buyers and private equity firms), multicurrency and cross-border financings, first lien and second lien financings and asset based financings and covers a broad range of industry groups, such as healthcare, waste management, business services, retail, beverage distribution, construction and consumer products.
