Mr. Chandler focuses his practice on real estate acquisition, sale and leasing. He works with both businesses and individuals to negotiate the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Chandler also negotiates and prepares restaurant, office, retail, industrial warehousing, agricultural and land leases for landlords, tenants and project developers. He also assists clients with real property issues in regards to property management agreements, easements and licensing agreements. His experience includes over $100 million in transactions, including the purchase of sites for resource exploration and mining, multi-use commercial development, waste disposal facilities, and energy projects.

Mr. Chandler is also the Chair of Fennemore Craig's Restaurant and Food Services Practice Group. He works with restaurant owners in many areas of restaurant operations, including legal issues arising from the development and formation of new restaurant concepts, as well as, the franchising, sale or purchase of existing restaurants. In addition to assisting clients with restaurant space leases or purchases, Mr. Chandler also assists with fixture, furniture and equipment leasing and financing. He also assists with the negotiation of supply contracts and liquor license matters.
