Mr. Gallerano's practice encompasses acquisitions and divestitures, corporate law matters, real estate transactions and financial transactions. He counsels clients in the conduct of business operations and represents them in all phases of business transactions. Mr. Gallerano's experience includes service as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and as a member of the Executive Committee of a New York Stock Exchange company engaged in multi-unit retailing and private practice representing small and medium size businesses.
