A. André Hendrick is a senior litigation associate in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. He is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented international corporate entities in multiple jurisdictions as well as small companies and individuals in complicated business litigation matters. Additionally, Mr. Hendrick has defended governmental entities and religious organizations in complex matters involving novel questions of law. He has developed a niche practice focusing on business torts, construction litigation, derivative suits, business divorces, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, premium finance and complex financial lending transactions, confirmation hearings and deficiency actions.

Mr. Hendrick has obtained positive outcomes for the firm's clients on summary judgment, at trial and on appeal. Recently, Mr. Hendrick obtained favorable summary judgment verdicts for clients in excess of $10 million. He also has a proven track record in the court room, obtaining favorable jury verdicts and directed verdicts following lengthy trials. He has represented clients in two non-judicial foreclosure confirmations of $46 million and $2.6 million, respectively, one of which was appealed and later affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hendrick received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the law review, an award winner on the mock trial team and an active member of the Educational Enrichment Program. He graduated magna cum laude from Furman University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
