Erin Marino's practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on real estate finance and acquisitions and dispositions. She also represents other Firm clients in the real estate aspects of M&A transactions and corporate real estate services matters. Prior to joining Jones Day, Erin spent several years litigating landlord-tenant, lending, and other commercial real estate matters.

Recent transactions for which Erin was the lead associate include construction financing for Mill Creek Residential Trust for the development of apartment projects throughout the United States; the disposition by Behringer Harvard of Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Florida and a portfolio disposition of eight medical office buildings and related raw land in Florida; and the acquisition by Rangeland Energy of 770 acres near Loving, New Mexico, for the development of a large terminal facility capable of handling crude oil, frac sand, pipe, and other products.

Erin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Louisiana State Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She is also a member of the Junior League of Dallas.
