Mr. Lyons practices in the areas of General Civil, Commercial, Construction and Real Estate Litigation, Products Liability, Employment and Labor Law; Appellate Practice, and Administrative Law. Mr. Lyons has extensive experience in complex litigation including product liability; employment and labor law; health care; and construction law. Mr. Lyons has served as lead counsel in both the law courts and arbitration proceedings, as well as in the courts of appeal.

Mr. Lyons is a member of Brevard County Bar Association and National Rifle Association Certified Firearms Instructor (P,R,S,PP,HFS). He has served as a talk show host and guest on AM 920 WMEL and AM 1240 WMMB. He has been a Director, Space Coast March of Dimes.

Mr. Lyons received his Bachelor of Arts, (Major, Philosophy; Minors, Economics and Criminology) Purdue University 1992 where he was a member of the Purdue Rowing Team. He attended Duquesne University Law School, where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. At Duquesne Law School he was a Teaching Assistant in Legal Research and Writing Department, and Research Assistant to Professor, Hon. Maureen Lally-Green, Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lyons served as a Judicial Law Clerk Intern to the Hon. Maurice B. Cohill, Jr., U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Hon. Carol Los Mansmann, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Joseph A. Hudock, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, 1995-1996.

Mr. Lyons is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Florida and Pennsylvania, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Eleventh Circuits.
