Aaron L. Renenger is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.

Mr. Renenger has a complex commercial litigation practice, involving primarily representation of financial institutions, including investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and private equity firms. His practice focuses on federal and state court litigation of bankruptcy, fraudulent transfer, contract and securities matters. He also represents institutions and individuals in regulatory investigations regarding compliance with federal securities laws and the rules and regulations of self-regulatory organizations.
