Aaron Craig joins AALRR’s commercial litigation team as a rising star in the IP and trial practice world. With first chair experience, he enjoys a growing roster of private sector clients who have come to rely on his ability to win their cases efficiently. Mr. Craig’s wealth of experience encompasses a wide range of patent, copyright, trademark, commercial and bankruptcy matters. He is equally adept at helping clients analyze the costs and benefits of registering their intellectual property and establishing enforcement protocols; offering opinions about potentially infringing products or designs; and litigating infringement claims through trial.
Mr. Craig previously practiced at the preeminent international litigation firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and was a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Fox Rothschild.
Mr. Craig has recently prevailed in high stakes trademark cases for FrontRange Solutions, East West Bank, Edible Supply, and others. Representing Highline United LLC (Ash shoes), he played a leading role in a massive joint defense effort to counter Converse’s attempts to obtain a General Exclusion Order at the International Trade Commission to have U.S. Customs exclude from entry any shoes containing what Converse alleges is its midsole trademark: a combination of a rubber toe cap, rubber bumper and horizontal midsole stripe.
