Since joining Hunton & Williams in 2007, Abigail's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including defense of businesses during investigations by the government and class action litigation arising from cybersecurity and privacy matters, contract disputes, business torts, securities litigation, intellectual property, product liability, and antitrust litigation. She also regularly represents financial services companies in regulatory enforcement matters and class actions.

Abigail served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William P. Dimitrouleas of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida from 2009-2011. Abigail is admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the US District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
