Varied types of issuers
I work on financings for transportation, education, public power and environmental facilities and cultural institutions as well as on tobacco asset securitization transactions throughout the country. These clients include the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Florida Municipal Power Agency, JEA, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Hudson Yards Development Corporation and the District of Columbia Tobacco Settlement Financing Corporation.
Basic document drafting
I have extensive experience drafting primary financing and disclosure documents, including indentures, resolutions, official statements, escrow agreements, and continuing disclosure documents.
What do you see on the horizon?
I look forward to helping my clients address their disclosure responsibilities by providing proper preparation and guidance to their staff. My goal is to provide the navigation to avoid the pitfalls and complications of new disclosure guidelines.
