Mr. Trigg has broad experience in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation. He has represented companies, directors, and officers in individual, derivative, and class actions in state and federal courts, including investigations and actions brought by the SEC and DOJ. He has also conducted internal investigations on behalf of audit committees. In addition, Mr. Trigg has handled an array of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including privacy, contracts, torts, fraud, patent, and other complex litigation. He has experience managing all phases of complex litigation matters, including pre-litigation counseling, fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Bergeson, LLP, Mr. Trigg was an associate Cooley LLP. He is a member of the State Bar of California; the American Bar Association; and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
