Adam C. Wright is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and company representation. He represents both issuers and underwriters in connection with capital raising activities, including public and private debt and equity issuances. He also represents both buyers and sellers in public and private company mergers & acquisitions transactions. He also provides general corporate representation to public and private company clients. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wright worked as an investment banking analyst for a boutique investment bank specializing in technology transactions.
