Adam Levine is a counsel in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation Practice. Adam handles complex business litigation, including disputes relating to large corporate acquisitions, shareholder and product liability class actions, derivative suits, unfair competition, fraud, and license and contract matters.

Adam has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, investment banking, energy, technology, aerospace, real estate, insurance, legal services and household products. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high profile cases, and has litigated extensively throughout the United States.
