Adam J. Krupp

Adam J. Krupp’s practice focuses on general and complex civil litigation. Adam has represented chemical companies, commercial real estate developers, manufacturers of consumer products, cable network companies, government agencies and individuals in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Adam’s representations have included a multi-national chemical company defending price-fixing allegations; a toy manufacturer in a series of litigations arising out of its acquisition of a competing manufacturer; prosecution of a legal malpractice claim on behalf of a multi-national corporation against an AmLaw 100 law firm; prosecution of breach of contract claims on behalf of a state government agency against a Fortune 100 company; defending an individual charged with multiple counts of investment fraud; and declaratory judgment actions arising out of restrictive covenants and various land use restrictions.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a litigation associate at White & Case, LLP, as well as the Deputy Director and In-House Counsel for the State of Indiana’s Division of Family Resources. In addition, Adam has frequently served as an Adjunct Professor of Law in the Legal Writing department at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
