Adam Sullins is counsel in the firm’s Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice. With years of sports industry experience and contacts, Mr. Sullins represents professional teams, team owners and investors, leagues and organizations, corporate sponsors, content owners, rights holders, licensees, television networks and athletes. He advises on a full spectrum of matters, including the acquisition/sale of professional sports franchises, broadcast and new media transactions, corporate sponsorship and endorsement deals, as well as licensing and strategic ventures.

Mr. Sullins was formerly the Vice President and General Counsel for The Upper Deck Company, a leading sports and entertainment trading card, collectibles and memorabilia company. He oversaw the company’s business and legal affairs, including licensing, acquisitions and other ongoing matters. The matters frequently involved professional sports leagues, players’ associations, prominent individual athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, PGA, and LPGA, and various sports companies and talent agencies.
