Adam Bloom is an associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation Practice. Adam has represented and counseled a variety of corporate clients and individuals in commercial, intellectual property, entertainment, and sports cases. Adam’s practice spans trial, arbitration, and appellate matters.

Adam has a strong background in computer science, and he enjoyed a successful career as an information technology consultant before joining the legal profession.

A major consumer-goods manufacturer in a royalty dispute concerning the technology used in certain of its products.
A world-renowned sports superstar and entertainer in breach of contract and defamation matters.

An aviation company in a challenge to the constitutionality of a state tax law.
A Chinese manufacturer in a copyright and trademark dispute against a domestic broker of products.


Adam also has a diverse pro bono practice, ranging from representing low-income individuals in landlord-tenant and immigration cases to serving as a city prosecutor for a local municipality.

Adam serves on the Firm’s Associate and Counsel Advisory Committee.
