Adam L. Shiff

Adam L. Shiff's practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring, including representing debtors, formal and informal committees of creditors and equity securities holders, trustees, investors and purchasers of distressed businesses. Adam was highlighted by The Legal 500 2012 as an “effective and industrious lawyer” in the area of Finance: Corporate Restructuring. Adam was also ranked in Chambers USA, 2005 and 2006, as one of the “Up-and-Coming Individuals” in the United States in Bankruptcy/Restructuring, was listed as a “leading lawyer” by IFLR 1000 2013, 2014 and 2015, and was recognized in New York Metro Super Lawyers 2008, 2009, 2013 and 2014.

Adam received undergraduate degrees from The Wharton School and The College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was the Managing Editor of the The Tax Lawyer.
