Adam Regoli is an associate in the Silicon Valley office. Mr. Regoli has broad experience in complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal. He has represented corporations and individual directors and officers in securities class actions, government investigations, consumer class action lawsuits, intellectual property disputes, and other types of complex business litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Regoli regularly advises clients on a wide array of day-to-day legal issues. His clients have included public and private companies in a variety of industries, including information technology, internet and digital media, life sciences and semiconductors.
Mr. Regoli received his JD, with distinction, from Stanford Law School in 2007. While at Stanford, he served as Articles Editor of the Stanford Law Review and received the Hilmer Oehlman, Jr. Award for excellence in legal writing. In 2004, Mr. Regoli received his BA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Regoli served as a law clerk to the Honorable David M. Ebel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
