Adam P. Micale represents individual and corporate clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts and private arbitration, including business torts, breach of contract, consumer class actions, and government investigations.

During law school, Mr. Micale served as an article editor for the Michigan Journal of Private Equity and Venture Capital Law, and participated in the Michigan Clinical Law Program and the Criminal-Appellate Clinic. He also served as a legal intern for the Public Defender’s Office of Santa Barbara County and the District Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles Country.
