Adam P. Small

Adam Small is a partner in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity and M&A/Corporate Governance Groups. Mr. Small's practice focuses primarily on private and public mergers and acquisitions and the general representation of private equity firms and privately and publicly held companies. He also advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, including public and private financings, securities law compliance, recapitalizations and other matters relating to general corporate and securities laws. Mr. Small joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
