Adam Brebner is a trial and appellate litigator. Mr. Brebner represents technology companies, financial institutions and other entities before state and federal courts, primarily in commercial and intellectual property matters. Mr. Brebner’s trial experience in recent years includes trials before the Delaware Court of Chancery, a breach of patent license jury trial in New York State Court, and a patent infringement jury trial in Delaware. Mr. Brebner has also briefed appeals before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal and Second Circuits, and New York state appellate courts. Mr. Brebner’s experience also includes representations before courts in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Switzerland during witness examinations pursuant to the Hague Convention.
