His background includes experience in private legal practice as a partner leading global outsourcing groups, as in-house counsel for the industry’s first full-scale human resources outsourcing provider and as a commercial consultant with a leading sourcing advisor. He has been lead counsel on substantial outsourcing engagements totaling over $2 billion in total contract value with leading companies in the healthcare, technology, retail, consumer products, food and beverage, financial services, insurance, energy, travel, apparel and office supply sectors.
