Adolph Romei was born in Paterson, New Jersey. His practice includes representation of a variety of U.S. and multi-national corporations in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling and technology law. He also represents regional and national financial institutions in complex regulatory matters and both real estate and asset based lending transactions.

He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and Bergen County Bar Associations serving on the Financial Transactions and Banking Law committees.

Mr. Romei serves on the Board of Directors of the Triboro Volunteer Ambulance Corp. and has served as counsel to that organization. He also serves as counsel to the Global Business Roundtable, an organization promoting international trade and as counsel to Greater Montvale Business Association.
