Adrienne Marting is a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Atlanta office where she practices healthcare law. She focuses primarily on regulatory and litigation matters. Ms. Marting routinely represents hospitals, behavioral health providers, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, physician practice groups, and other healthcare facilities and providers before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.

Prior to law school, Ms. Marting was a medical technologist in the blood bank of Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla. and at the American Red Cross in Washington, DC. Ms. Marting lectures on a variety of healthcare topics, including confidentiality of medical records, EMTALA, and credentialing and peer review issues.
