Ai Tajima is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of its ERISA Litigation Practice. Ms. Tajima concentrates her practice on complex business litigation with a particular emphasis on ERISA litigation, securities litigation, and class actions. Ms. Tajima has also counseled and defended clients in numerous government investigations initiated by the Department of Labor, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and other agencies. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
Ms. Tajima counsels and defends a broad range of clients including public and private financial services firms such as, 401(k) service providers, hedge fund managers, mutual fund investment advisers, and insurers. Ms. Tajima represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation damages analysis, dispositive motion practice, discovery, expert strategy, and trial.
