A.J. Bedel is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2006, following a clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His practice focuses on high-stakes complex commercial litigation, entertainment and media litigation, class actions, and intellectual property disputes, including trademark infringement, false advertising, and cybersquatting. He has litigated matters and advised clients in such industries as satellite television, motion picture, cellular telephone, and pharmaceutical, among others. A.J. has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as conducted matters before the American Arbitration Association, the Independent Film and Television Alliance, and the International Trade Commission. He has also presented oral argument to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
