Alan Kalin is a partner in the law firm’s Corporate & Securities – Technology practice. Mr. Kalin has more than 20 years of experience representing emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs, investors and public companies in the Silicon Valley. Concentrating in corporate and securities matters, he advises clients on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, new business formations, strategic technology transactions, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Kalin became a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Illinois in 1975.
