Alan Turner is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He represents clients in a range of complex commercial litigation matters, focusing on securities litigation.

Alan currently represents certain investment banks named as defendants in numerous mortgage-backed securities litigations pending in courts across the country, including the Royal Bank of Scotland in actions brought by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and RBS, Deutsche Bank and UBS in a variety of other actions brought by institutional investors and on behalf of putative classes of investors.
