Alan D. Rutenberg

Alan D. Rutenberg is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Foley & Lardner LLP. He is chair of the firm’s national Antitrust Practice; a member of its Litigation Department and its International Practice. Mr. Rutenberg's practice includes antitrust, commercial litigation, and regulatory law.

Mr. Rutenberg has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including energy, insurance and financial services, health care, funeral and cemetery services, automotive related products, consumer goods, printing, commercial and industrial products, software, media, food, scrap recycling, electric motors and pharmaceuticals.
