Alan practices primarily with lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of financing transactions, including syndicated facilities, project and acquisition financings, debt restructurings, private securities offerings, and public offerings of debt and equity. He represents financial services and industrial enterprises in merger and acquisition transactions, and provides general business counseling to several clients on a broad range of commercial matters.
