Alan Kildow concentrates in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on disputes arising out of banking and insurance transactions.

Alan has represented banking, insurance and other Fortune 500 clients in civil and class actions involving antitrust, RICO, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, lender liability, kickbacks and racial discrimination. He also represents banking and insurance clients in investigations, enforcement proceedings, and civil litigation with regulators and attorneys general.

Alan is an experienced civil trial and appellate attorney, having tried dozens of bench trials, jury trials, regulatory proceedings and arbitrations. He has defended numerous consumer class actions brought under both federal and state law. Alan has appeared in state and federal courts in more than 20 jurisdictions, including New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, California, Washington, Wisconsin and others.
