Alan Ezekiel is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He is a member of the technology transactions group and represents clients in business and intellectual property transactions.

Before attending law school, Alan was a software developer, and has worked at both small hardware start-ups and large software companies. He also served several years as a police officer.
