Alexa Belonick is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the Corporate Department. Before joining the firm, Ms. Belonick was an associate in the Corporate Department of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York, where she focused on public and private offerings of securities and other capital market transactions.

Ms. Belonick received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Virginia Law Review. She received her M.A. from the University of St. Andrews and her B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of California, Berkeley.
