Alex Randall is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group and chairs its Real Estate Transaction Services Practice. In addition to his work on a variety of commercial lease transactions for both landlords and tenants, Mr. Randall maintains a broad-based, transactional practice representing corporate and institutional owners and developers of real estate, as well as institutional investors in real estate debt and equities.

Mr. Randall handles all aspects of Goodwin Procter’s office leasing and construction activities, and is currently representing the firm in connection with the lease and construction of its global headquarters in a 17-story office tower under construction at Fan Pier in Boston’s Seaport District. He has also recently completed lease transactions for new or expanded Goodwin offices in New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto and Los Angeles, as well as the firm’s two international offices in Hong Kong and London. His work negotiating leases for Goodwin Procter’s offices at the New York Times Building in midtown Manhattan was profiled in the industry magazines Law Firm, Inc. and CFO.

Mr. Randall was awarded the prestigious Collaborating Professional of the Year Award (2012) by the Commercial Brokers Association of Massachusetts.
