Alexander Parker is an associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group within the Litigation Department. Alex has a strong background in computer science and focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Alex has represented clients in matters involving, among other technologies, cryptography, artificial intelligence, mobile device application marketplaces, microprocessor instruction sets, light emitting diodes and laser diodes, and devices for analyzing integrated circuits.
