Alexander Kramer is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Kramer’s practice includes litigation matters with a focus on representing clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies. He is a member of the firm’s Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practices.

Mr. Kramer also represents and counsels clients with international business matters. He focuses on counseling clients and conducting internal investigations regarding compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other federal criminal laws.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Kramer was a research assistant at the UC Davis School of Law. He also worked as a legal intern for a San Diego Public Defender.
