Alex Rea is an associate in the Cooley Business department. He joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the New York office.

Mr. Rea received his JD, cum laude, from New York University School of Law. While at NYU, he interned at FINRA Dispute Resolution (formerly the NASD) and participated in the NYU Mediation Organization's small claims court mediation program. He received his BA from Oberlin College in 2002.

Mr. Rea is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York.
