Ms. Cunningham represents major corporate clients in all aspects of product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation, including successfully defending asbestos, benzene, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide, solvent and silica-related premises and product liability claims, and large-scale environmental toxin and exposure claims, involving PAHs, fluorides, and hexavalent chromium. She also represents clients in general commercial litigation, including contract disputes and construction litigation. Ms. Cunningham has appeared in trial courts around the country, and has also handled appeals to the Virginia, Kentucky and United States Supreme Courts.

Ms. Cunningham is admitted to practice in Virginia and Georgia, and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
