Prior to joining Sidley, Ms. Evans served as an associate in the real estate department for an international law firm where she represented institutional investors, opportunity funds, real estate joint ventures and mezzanine lenders in commercial financing transactions. She has represented lenders, borrowers, purchasers and sellers in a broad range of real estate transactions including mortgage-secured loans involving hotel, office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the U.S., purchase and sales, sale-leasebacks and leasing matters.
