Alexis Sinclair represents clients on a variety of matters, including private and public company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt and equity financing transactions, corporate governance, investment fund evaluation, and commercial transactions. He represents private and public companies, private equity firms, and institutional investors, among others.

Prior to attending law school, Alexis was a brand manager for Three Dog Bakery, where he developed, launched and managed a specialized product line for the veterinary market, including negotiating and forming agency relationships with national veterinarian distributors. Alexis also was the manager for Latin American business development for a U.S. material-handling company, where he built an infrastructure for sales, delivery and installation to Mexican and other Latin American customers.

Alexis is fluent in Spanish.
