Alfred B. Adams III is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Atlanta office. As a trial lawyer for more than 30 years, he has tried over 100 jury and non-jury trials involving commercial law disputes, product liability cases and a myriad of other types of civil suits, including construction, environmental, joint venture/partnership, toxic tort, class actions, administrative, probate, premises liability and real estate litigation. Mr. Adams has also successfully resolved litigation through alternative dispute resolution in many forums.

Mr. Adams is the former practice group leader for Holland & Knight's Atlanta Litigation Team and also served as executive partner of the Atlanta office. He has been on the faculty of Emory University's Trial Techniques Program and a speaker at the State Bar of Georgia Products Liability Institute and Fiduciary Law Institute. He served on the faculty of the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where he lectured on various topics, including environmental law and litigation.
