Alice Chen Huang

Alice C. Huang is a member of the firm’s Public Finance Practice, which serves as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel, borrower’s counsel and purchaser's counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Alice was an associate at a multidisciplinary, international law firm, where she served as trustee counsel in municipal bond financings and structured finance transactions.
