Ms. Plessman is a co-founder of Hueston Hennigan LLP. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters, including securities litigation, health care fraud and privacy matters, entertainment litigation, and white collar defense. Ms. Plessman also represents companies, boards of directors, and individuals in connection with corporate internal investigations and investigations and enforcement actions by the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies.
