Aliza F. Herzberg counsels employers in managing all aspects of their relationships with their employees.
Aliza advises U.S. companies, and U.K. and E.U.-based companies with U.S. operations, on a broad range of employment issues, including compliance with employment laws and regulations, reductions in force, negotiation of employment and severance agreements and the due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions.
Aliza helps employers deal with crises on a regular basis. She conducts and manages workplace investigations that arise based on employee malfeasance or employee complaints.
When and if disputes arise, she also represents companies in litigations and arbitrations relating to employment discrimination, harassment, non-competition and employment agreements.
Aliza trains executives and managers and frequently appears on various CNBC shows regarding employment issues.
