Allan Paxton Whitehead

Allan P. Whitehead was born in Fairbanks, Alaska. His military family lived in many locations until settling in Kissimmee, Florida in 1970. He graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, with a B.A. in English. After college, Allan joined the Navy and served as a Naval Aviator flying the F-14 Tomcat. After his tour of duty, he attended Marquette University Law School and graduated with high honors. His first position after graduation was as an associate in the business/commercial litigation department of a large law firm in Tampa; Fowler, White, Gillen, Boggs, Villareal & Banker. From there, Mr. Whitehead became a partner in the Melbourne law firm of Mosley, Wallis & Whitehead. Allan joined the firm in December, 1999 as a commercial litigator.

Allan's practice is focused primarily in the area of commercial and business-related litigation. His technical training makes him perfectly suited for complex litigation, such as securities fraud, unfair competition, land use/condemnation, construction defects, and a whole host of other complicated commercial and business lawsuits. Mr. Whitehead's calm and confident demeanor is a result of being extremely thorough in case preparation and very knowledgeable in courtroom procedure.

Allan is licensed to practice in Florida and Wisconsin, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Coffee, a Federal Judge on the United States Circuit Court of Appeals. Allan was also honored for selection as a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society.

Allan is married and has three sons. He has resided in Brevard County since 1991.
