Allison Kernisky is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. She practices in the firm's Litigation Section with an emphasis on federal securities fraud litigation, SEC enforcement matters and commercial litigation, including class actions, consumer fraud and other complex litigation. Ms. Kernisky has experience in federal and state court litigation, regulatory investigations and internal corporate investigations. Ms. Kernisky handles investigations arising under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and other consumer statutes.
Ms. Kernisky is a member of the firm's national Electronic Data Discovery Specialty Team. She has extensive experience in e-discovery and document retention policy compliance. She also serves on the Public and Charitable Services Committee for the Miami office.
While in law school, Ms. Kernisky was Articles & Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review.
