Allison K. Driscoll is a Partner in the Structured & Real Estate Finance practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Her practice focuses on representing financial institutions in the structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for securitization in the capital markets, as well as conventional permanent and construction loans. Ms. Driscoll also has experience representing real estate owners, operators and institutional investors in a variety of complex commercial real estate and real estate capital markets transactions, including permanent, construction, acquisition, EB-5 and mezzanine loans, debt restructurings and workouts, equity investments and restructurings, joint venture transactions, debt purchases, and property acquisitions and dispositions.

As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Driscoll participates in the Special Education Surrogate Parent Program through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
