Allison May concentrates her practice on payment systems and networks. She represents clients in the financial services industry in complex commercial transactions relating to co-branding and marketing agreements, loyalty programs, payment processing joint ventures, credit card portfolio acquisitions, and technology licenses and transfers. Formerly an associate general counsel with Verizon, Allison also has significant experience guiding clients through the highly-regulated telecommunications landscape.
