Allison Thompson is a high-stakes commercial litigator and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group, focusing on class action, privacy and financial services litigation. She has trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts across the country, representing clients in the insurance, financial services, real estate and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Allison served as a law clerk for the Honorable Clay D. Land in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. While in law school, she served as the senior managing editor for the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
